Race Results
Course
Challenge yourself! Take on the toughest 10K in the the world! Elevation at start of race is 4,900 feet and 6,500 feet at finish. Race begins with a beautiful view of the Sandia Mountains, as the course gradually inclines for 5.2 miles. Last mile of the course is the toughest, at a 12 percent grade and finishing at the base of the world's longest tram. Music, motivation stations and aid stations will be provided on the course to help keep your feet moving!

Race Start
7:00am start! Begins near Sandia Casino and climbs nearly 2,000 feet to the Tram House parking lot. Use this competitive race to train for the La Luz Trail Run in August!

Aid Stations
There will be four aid stations along the race course:
  • Mile 2
  • Mile 4
  • Mile 5
  • Finish
Water and Gatorade provided at Mile 5 and Finish. Music and Motivation Stations provided along course.

Ground Transportation
Herrera Coaches will be providing transportation from the FINISH of the race to the START of the race. There will be three buses available. The first will leave at 6:15 a.m., the second at 6:30 a.m., and the last will depart at 6:40 a.m. Set your alarms, you don't want to miss the bus!

Course Details
There will be Mile Markers at every mile. Elevation 4,900 ft. at Start to 6,500 ft. at Finish. The last mile is the toughest.

Each finisher will receive a Gold, Silver or Bronze micro-fiber moisture wicking event shirt, based on their finishing time.
